MOIL Limited fixes record date for buyback

The Buyback Committee of the Board of Directors of MOIL Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. December 21, 2021 has fixed Friday, December 31, 2021 as Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Eligible Shareholders / Beneficial Owners to whom the letter of offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of not exceeding 3,38,42,668 (Three Crore Thirty Eight Lac Forty Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Eight) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of MOIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 176.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46312 in over 1049 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 177.10 and intraday low of 168.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8037321.00.
