SunEdison Infrastructure Ltd updates on settlement application filed with SEBI

SunEdison Infrastructure Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'SunEdison' or 'the Company') had filed the Settlement Application with SEBI on August 03, 2021, SEBI had vide their email dated November 15, 2021 invited the Company officials to attend their Internal Committee Meeting (IC) scheduled on November 22, 2021 at 02:40 pm onwards via video conference (through Zoom platform) for formulating the settlement terms.

The authorised representatives of the Company attended the SEBI Internal Committee Meeting held on November 22, 2021 relating to Settlement Application no: 6534/2021 filed by the Company with SEBI.

The Internal Committee has deferred the meeting and requested the Company to approach the Corporation Finance Investigation Department for confirmation that the internal committee can proceed with the settlement proceedings.

Shares of Sunedison Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 62.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 64.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1270 in over 30 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 68.05 and intraday low of 62.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82429.00.
