Bharat Forge Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Ltd at its meeting held on November 12, 2021, have considered, approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each of the Company (at the rate of 75%).

The interim dividend shall be paid on or before December 09, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company.
