The Board of Directors of Vardhman Textiles Ltd at its meeting held on October 27, 2021, has declared an Interim dividend of Rs. 34/- per share on fully paid up equity shares of the Company. The said Interim dividend will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration.
