ANG Lifesciences India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of ANG Lifesciences India Ltd in its meeting held today, Monday, 25-Oct-2021 has, considered and approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Shares (10% on the face value of Rs. 10/- each). This is the first Interim Dividend declared by the Board for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The board has also fixed 03-Nov-2021 as Record date towards the payment of Interim Dividend.
