Olectra Greentech Ltd becomes subsidiary of MEIL Holdings Limited

Consequent to acquisition of additional quantity of 15,160 shares of Olectra Greentech Limited ("Company") by MEIL Holdings Limited ("Promoter / MHL") on 30th September, 202 1, total holding of the MHL in the Company has increased to 4,10,53,000 equity shares amounting to 50.0 1%. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2(87) of Companies Act, 2013 Company has become a subsidiary company to MEIL Holdings Limited w.e.f. 30th September, 2021.

Shares of OLECTRA GREENTECH LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 436.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 415.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70062 in over 803 trades.
