Gyscoal Alloys Ltd updates on rights issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gyscoal Alloys Ltd (Board) at its meeting held on August 12 ,2021, had approved the offer and issuance of equity shares aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.15 crores by way of a Rights Issue.

Further to the same, the Company has formed Right Issue Committee and power has been assigned to committee to proceed Right issue process and accordingly Company appointed Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited as Lead Merchant Banker to conduct Right issue process of the Company.

Shares of GYSCOAL ALLOYS LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2.22 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 155478 in over 102 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.34 and intraday low of 2.21. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 348734.
