Goldiam International Ltd board to consider buyback of shares on Sep 13, 2021

A meeting of the board of directors of Goldiam International Ltd will be held on Monday, the 13th day of September 2021, to inter alia, consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company.

The trading window for dealing in Company's securities will be closed from today i.e. August 30, 2021 till the second trading day after the dissemination of the Outcome of an aforesaid Board Meeting.
