Control Print India Ltd to acquire majority stake in Innovative Codes India Pvt Ltd

Control Print Ltd has entered into an agreement dated August 25, 2021 with Innovative Codes (I) Private Limited ("ICPL") and their shareholders in relation to acquisition of majority stake (80%) in the capital of said ICPL i.e. making Investment in the form of Purchase / Subscription of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (which consist of 80% of the Paid up share capital) of said ICPL and thereby the said Company attaining status of 'Subsidiary of the Control Print Limited'.

Shares of Control Print (India) Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 356.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 342.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2292 in over 148 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 362 and intraday low of 340.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 809263.
