Himatsingka Seide Ltd board approves fund raising proposal

The Board of Directors of Himatsingka Seide Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., July 31, 2021, has approved raising of funds either by issuance of equity shares, and/or bonds including foreign currency convertible bonds / debentures / non-convertible debt instruments with or without warrants / convertible debentures / securities including through qualified institutions placement or rights issue, or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof of any of the above, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1500 Crores (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Crores). The resolution has been passed as an enabling resolution.

The above is subject to the approval of shareholders and/or other regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required.

Shares of HIMATSINGKA SEIDE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 266.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22716 in over 324 trades.
