Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited board approves JV with Givaudan SA

The Board of Directors of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, have considered and approved the proposal to enter into a Joint Venture with Givaudan SA, (a Company incorporated in Switzerland), for manufacturing highly specialized aroma chemicals.

Shares of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1331.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1325. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15844 in over 2516 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1389 and intraday low of 1300.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21621987.
