Sterlite Technologies Ltd completes acquisition of 1st tranche of stake in Clearcomm Group Ltd

Sterlite Technologies Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary had earlier announced about definitive documents to acquire 100% stake in Clearcomm Group Limited.

The acquisition of 80% of the shareholding of the Clearcomm, in the first tranche, has been completed on July 27, 2021. The balance 20% shareholding will be acquired in the second tranche in 2023.

Shares of STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 299.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 298.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64252 in over 1764 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 304.75 and intraday low of 297.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19286740.
