Hikal Ltd halts factory operations temporarily at Mahad unit due to flooding

Due to unprecedented and persistent rains in the entire Raigad District of Maharashtra causing flooding at the manufacturing Unit at Mahad, the Factory operations at the said Unit have been temporarily halted.

The company is in the process of assessing the situation and shall take necessary steps to resume the operations at the unit at the earliest.

Shares of HIKAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 528.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 527.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24428 in over 1666 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 539.95 and intraday low of 523. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13010253.
