Anjani Portland Cement Limited increases stake in Bhavya Cements Pvt Ltd to 89.15%

Anjani Portland Cement Limited had earlier announced the acquisition of controlling stake in the equity shares capital of Bhavya Cements Private Limited ("Investee Company") and thereafter purchase of 115455015 (82.51%) fully paid-up Equity Shares from existing shareholders of the Investee Company respectively.

The Company has now purchased another 9285208 (6.64%) fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Investee Company from its existing Shareholders at a price of Rs. 52.59/- per Share. This has resulted in an increase in the Company's shareholding in the Investee Company to 89.15%.

Shares of ANJANI PORTLAND CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.389.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 389.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70394 in over 2694 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 403.25 and intraday low of 385. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27820932.
