Zuari Global Ltd raises Rs. 150 crores through NCD issue

The NCD Committee of the board of directors of Zuari Global Ltd at its meeting held on 30th June 2021, has approved the allotment of 1,500 (One thousand Five hundred) secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures of a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten lakh) each, at par, aggregating up to INR 150,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One hundred Fifty crore) ('Debentures').

Shares of ZUARI GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.128 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15074 in over 262 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 131 and intraday low of 125.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1926268.
