Dutron Polymers Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.2

The Board of Directors of Dutron Polymers Ltd have recommended Final Dividend of 12% (Previous Year 12%) of Equity Share Capital of the Company, that is Rs. 1.2/- (Previous Year Rs. 1.2/-) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General meeting of the Company.
