PSP Projects Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors PSP Projects Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per equity share of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, which shall be paid subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 13th Annual General Meeting of the company.

Shares of PSP Projects Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.436.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 445.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22230 in over 1914 trades.
