Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd at its meeting held today (June 17, 2021), has considered and recommended a final dividend on equity shares at the rate 125% i.e. Rs. 2.50 (Two rupees and fifty paisa only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The final dividend if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting shall be paid within 30 days of such approval.
