Bengal & Assam Company Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Bengal & Assam Company Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share (75%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021. The Said Dividend, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be credited /dispatched within three weeks of the said meeting.
