PRIMA Plastics Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of PRIMA Plastics Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 of Rs. 1.50 (Rupee One and Fifty Paisa Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
