Thermax Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Thermax Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, have recommend a dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (350%), for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting.
