Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.40

The Board of Directors of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended a dividend of 14% i.e. Rs. 1.40/- per equity share on face value of Re. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
