Dalmia Power Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited (the "Company") has sold 1,34,00,000 equity shares (4.473% shareholding) of IEX in the open market today i. e. May 20, 2021, at a consideration of Rs. 487.55 Crores.

Post this disposal balance shareholding of the Company (directly or indirectly) in IEX is 4,65,06,556 equity shares (15.525% shareholding).

Shares of Dalmia Bharat Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1807.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1793.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10396 in over 1016 trades.
