KDDL Ltd allots 10,86,956 Rights Equity Shares

With the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Funds Raising Committee of KDDL Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e May 17, 2021 approved the allotment of 10,86,956 Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10 each at a price of ₹ 230 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of ₹ 220 per Rights Equity Share.

Shares of KDDL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.303.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 296.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 484 in over 27 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 303.75 and intraday low of 295.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 145972.
