Godawari Power & Ispat Limited board to announce Q4, FY21 results, dividend on May 25, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Godawari Power & Ispat Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday the 25th May, 2021 to consider the approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021.

The board will consider approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2021.

The board will also consider and approve the recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. upto closing of the trading hours of May 27, 2021.
