Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd enters into agreement for sale of Sugar Division

Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd had earlier announced regarding cessation of operations at the Sugar Division of the Company situated at Samalkot, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. The Company has now entered into a binding agreement for the sale of plant and equipment, excluding land, pertaining to Sugar Division.

Shares of NAVA BHARAT VENTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.84.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 377456 in over 4201 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 85.9 and intraday low of 78. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31469114.
