KDDL Limited extends rights issue closure date to May 3, 2021

The Funds Raising Committee of KDDL Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on April 16, 2021 has extended the closure of the Rights Issue from Friday, April 23, 2021 to Monday, May 03, 2021 in order to provide an opportunity to its shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue of the Company. The shareholders may now submit duly filled in Application Forms along with application monies up to Monday, May 03, 2021 in the manner as specified in the Letter of Offer / Abridged Letter of Offer.

Shares of KDDL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.361.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 301.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7867 in over 345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 361.85 and intraday low of 304. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2779971.
