Tata Metaliks Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors ('Board') of Tata Metaliks Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., April 14, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10.00/- each (40%) to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid as per applicable guidelines.

Shares of TATA METALIKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.870 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 945.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31146 in over 1506 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 930.25 and intraday low of 849. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27402584.
