Arvind Fashions Ltd fixes April 20, 2021 as record date to determine holders of partly paid-up shares to pay call money

The Board of Directors of Arvind Fashions Ltd has, at its meeting held today, have approved the making of first and final call of Rs. 65 (Rs. 2 towards face value and Rs. 63 towards share premium) per partly paid-up equity share, on 1,48,01,776 partly paid equity shares of face value of Rs. 4 each (Rs. 2 paid up) issued by the Company (ISIN: IN9955V01011) on a rights basis pursuant to Letter of Offer dated February 19, 2021 ("First and Final Call").

The board also fixed April 20, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining names of holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the first and final call notice will be sent.

Shares of ARVIND Fashions LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13,578 and the deliverable quantity was 6,875 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.75 and intraday low of Rs. 140.50.
