Moody's Investors Service affirms Baa3 issuer rating of Oil India Ltd

Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has affirmed the Baa3 issuer ratings and senior unsecured bond ratings of Oil India Limited (OIL). Moody's has also affirmed the Baa3 rating on the backed senior unsecured notes issued by Oil India International Pte. Ltd. (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of OIL). Moody's has downgraded OIL's Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) to ba1 from baa3.
