Ratan Tata acquires a stake in PNC

Mr Ratan Tata, Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons and Chairman of Tata Trusts, has, in his personal capacity, acquired a stake in Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd through market purchases last week. Mr Tata invests in start-ups and technology companies.

Shares of PRITISH NANDY COMMUNICATIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.32.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20917 in over 23 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.85 and intraday low of 32.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 687123.
