Engineers India Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.40

The Board of Directors of Engineers India Limited, in its meeting held on Thursday, the 11th March, 2021 has, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.40 (one rupee forty paisa) per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 5/ - each) of the Company for the financial year 2020- 21.

The Record date for Interim Dividend 2020-21 is Friday, the 19th March, 2021. The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from Friday, 26th March, 2021. The Dividend warrants would be posted on or after 26th March, 2021 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
