IDBI Bank withdraws declaration of Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd as willful defaulter

Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has announced that it has received official communication form IDBI Bank stating that the declaration of willful defaulter of Corporate Debtor M/s Nitin Fire Protection Inds Ltd. and its promoter has been withdrawn and the same has also been intimated to the respective agencies.

Shares of NITIN FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.0.59 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16285 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 0.6 and intraday low of 0.57. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9525.
