Mahanagar Gas Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 9 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, February 09, 2021 has approved the interim dividend of Rs. 9.00/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 90 %) for the Financial Year 2020-2021 and fixed Monday, February 22, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-2021 shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1139.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1110.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 152341 in over 7234 trades.
