Manappuram Finance Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.65

The Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited at its meeting held on January 29,2021 has declared an interim dividend of Rs.0.65/- (Sixty-Five Paise only) per equity share of face value Rs.2. (32.5% of face value).

The board has fixed February 11, 2021 as record date to ascertain the entitlement of interim dividend to the shareholders and Dividend/Dividend warrants shall be paid or dispatched on or before February 26, 2021.
