WIPRO Ltd board to consider Q3 results on Jan 13, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of WIPRO Ltd is scheduled to be held on January 13, 2021 to consider and approve, the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under IndAS for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 and the audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The board will consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21.

The financial results would be finally approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of January 13, 2021.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from December 16, 2020 till closing hours of January 15, 2021.
