Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited to reopen Theme Park from December 25, 2020

On December 23, 2020, Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (formerly Adlabs Entertainment Limited) received permission to open its Parks from the Government of Maharashtra vide Unlock Order No: DMU/2020/CR.92/DisM-1, dated December 21, 2020. Pursuant to the said order, the Theme Park will be opened with Limited Operations with effect from December 25, 2020. The Water Park will however remain non-operational until further announcement.

The company will continue to deliver services in line with the vision of Best in class entertainment for delightful memories in clean, safe and happy environment. The Theme park will be strictly operated as per the SOPs, Guidelines, Safety Measures directed by Government of Maharashtra. We all are committed to ensuring safety of our guests and employees. In addition, We have also put certain technological initiatives which allow contactless payments, Virtual Queuing measures to minimize contact. The Company has rolled out various initiatives such as Providing Free Entry to Medical Staff who have been Brave Covid Warriors and give them a much need break apart from other initiatives.

Shares of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (formerly Adlabs Entertainment Limited) was last trading in BSE at Rs.5.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.93. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23832 in over 71 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.2 and intraday low of 5.83. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 143632.
