Nestle India Ltd board to announce CY2020 results on Feb 16, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nestle India Ltd is scheduled on 16/02/2021, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31st December 2020.

Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ending 31st December 2020.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2021 to 18th February 2021 (both days inclusive).
