Lupin Ltd resolves dispute in Gavis/Novel transaction

Lupin Limited has announced that its dispute with the Sellers in the Gavis/Novel transaction has been resolved amicably to the satisfaction of all parties.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.944.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 941.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 229825 in over 6080 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 966 and intraday low of 942. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 219247662.
