NTPC Ltd commissions Unit-2 of Lara Super Thermal Power Station Stage-I

NTPC Ltd has announced that the Unit-2 of 800 MW of Lara Super Thermal Power Station Stage-I (2 x 800 MW) is hereby declared on commercial operation w.e.f 00:00 Hrs of 07.11.2020.

With this, the commercial capacity of NTPC and NTPC group will become 51155 MW and 62910 MW respectively.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.87.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1713337 in over 6704 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.75 and intraday low of 86.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 150222688.
