Granules India Ltd board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of Granules India Ltd at their meeting today, has declared second interim dividend of 25 paise per share of face value of Re. 1/- each representing 25% of paid-up capital for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has also fixed the record date as October 30, 2020 for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of GRANULES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.391.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 388.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136471 in over 3782 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 394 and intraday low of 381.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53219281.
