APL Apollo Tubes Ltd board to announce Q2 results, stock split on Oct 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of APL Apollo Tubes Ltd is scheduled on 28/10/2020, to consider and approve the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2020.

The board will also consider sub-division/split of the equity shares of face value of 10 each of the Company in such manner as the Board may determine.

The 'trading window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company is already closed from 1st October 2020 and shall reopen on 31st October 2020.
