QGO Finance Ltd allots 100 NCDs

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited has passed the resolution to allot 100 Transferable Unsecured Non - Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,00,000/-each by way of circulation on 12th October 2020.

Under Tranche- IX, 100 NCDs were allotted and 1000 securities are pending for allotment.
