Sat Industries Ltd increases stake in Fibcorp Polyweave Pvt Ltd to 19.89%

Sat Industries Ltd has further acquired 2,150 equity shares in Fibcorp Polyweave Private Limited on right basis at Rs. 1,655/- (including premium of Rs. 1,555/-) per share. Consequent to this acquisition Company's holding in Fibcorp Polyweave Private Limited will increase from 19.22% to 19.89%.

The company is into manufacturing of flexible intermediate bulk containers.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3500 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17 and intraday low of 16.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58470.
