Tower Infrastructure Trust lists in BSE

Effective from September 01, 2020, the Units of Tower Infrastructure Trust (Scrip Code: 543225) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the list of 'IF' Group Securities.

The Transaction of subscription of units of the Tower Infrastructure Trust ("Trust") by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (NYSE: BIP; TSX: BIP.UN), alongside its institutional partners, for an investment of Rs. 25,215 crore has been completed after obtaining all regulatory approvals, fulfilling other completion requirements.
