IIFL Finance Limited board to consider fund raising on Aug 26, 2020

A members of Finance Committee of IIFL Finance Limited (Formerly known as IIFL Holdings Limited) will meet on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, to consider and approve the offer document and other terms and conditions of the issue and allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
