Parag Milk Foods Limited update on release of equity shares by the promoters

Parag Milk Foods Limited has received intimation from the Promoters of the Company regarding further Release of 27,00,000 equity shares.

The Promoters have informed the Company that they have repaid Rs. 58.09 crores and now the outstanding is Rs. 5.91 crores.

Shares of Parag Milk Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.88.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57231 in over 994 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.85 and intraday low of 84.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5023783.
