HCL Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Record date of July 25, 2020 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 7, 2020.

Shares of HCL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.627.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 615.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 675494 in over 17687 trades.
