MCX board to announce Q1FY21 results on July 25, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Delhi through video conferencing, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The Trading Window of the Company continues to remain closed till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results for the period ended June 30, 2020. Accordingly, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall open on July 28, 2020.

Shares of MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1315.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1288.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25097 in over 973 trades.
