WPIL Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.5

The Board of directors of WPIL Ltd has recommended Dividend@ Rs. 7.5 Per Share on 97,67,080 Equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2020 absorbing a sum of Rs.7,32,53,100/- plus dividend distribution tax as applicable, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
